Hi, I want to detag from my current project. due to i am having some health issues and also this team is very toxic so due to this my mental health also affecting. this is very urgent please suggest i want to detag immediately, i can't tolerate this even one day also. it didn't workout with N+1 because the sr manager they all are same witches. CG please suggest.

Just trying to make u understand you are capable of handling these shit but u are trying to escape like u will never be in this type of situation again if u run today. Whatever u feel for ur team or manager tell them clearly face to face don't run. We never studied for 17 years of our life time to be like this.
Same bro i also want to detag from my current project i am also facing lot of health issues due to night shifts and unusual timings and very toxic environment i can't even apply leaves here i have 30+ leaves we have to give planned leaves one month before
Ask for a release saying you are looking for something else which this project doesn’t have. Say your interest doesn’t match and you want release.
