Hi All, I am on bech from 20th March and there were some interviews happened but those were not related to my skills. Currently RMG team told me that They don't have any roles for me (related to my Grade and skill). What could happen? Will I stay on bench? How long Can I stay on bench Or Can they terminate me? Current grade : B1

Since you are in B1 - no need to worry they won't terminate

Just keep enquiring for the open roles based on your skill set and upskill yourself in the mean time.
