Revoke... with 11yrs of exp, one should secure an offer first & then put papers. Looking for new offers without any job in hand would be a huge challenge.

But the thing is I didn’t finish mandatory things to stay in like trainings nd other things

That would be Management decision to decide what to do with ur scenario, you don't need to quit ur job for not fulfilling KPI. On the other hand whatever appraisal rating u get you will still receive salary on monthly basis.

How long you’ve been with CG, if you have confidence on your skill sets and have interest to upskill further if required..don’t revoke ..if your answers is NO then revoke and don’t ever resign without making yourself strong on above two criteria

It’s been 3 years with cg.. actually have attended interviews with two to three companies all got cleared pending with client rounds . Due to year end client slots are not confirmed. Here is the main confusion start whether to wait for it or revoke

It all depends on your gut feeling, if you are sure that you performed well in those interviews n interviewer response was good ..you can wait without revoking ..may be you need wait few weeks before joining next org..if you take your resignation back then it all depends how your manager n cg takes ..they may not accept your revoke request or you may be asked to confirm that you ok not to resign again for next 1 to 2 years ..so I would suggest you to test the waters by checking with your manager if you can ..before taking the resignation back

Revoke and complete your mandatory training asap before year end! HR were treated as son of god's and your N+1 or 2 were treated as god's. Is not completing mandatory training from God then God's take their own decision on your term or financial things. You are in bad position now, do not expect any hike! Safe your position by completing your trainings. All the best!!

Not completing trainings is not the reason for resignation..I had some personal issues to put down the papers . But now i feel professional life is important too..

Better to secure a job first.
