Hi all, I’m currently working on a support project which I joined around 6 months ago. Due to some challenges related to project environment and alignment, I am considering a change.

As per my understanding, the standard policy allows a project change after 18 months. However, I would like to know if there are any exceptions or ways to initiate a change earlier.

If anyone has gone through a similar case or has any insights on this process, kindly guide me. Any suggestions or pointers will be really helpful.

You will not be released until 18 months. Still after that, they will not release if they have dependency on you. Only thing will work is strong connection at higher level, who can support your release.
