Trending @Capgemini; Need advice on career

I joined Capgemini in 2024 and it’s been 20 months and there has been no hike in my salary and when I talk to my manager, they tell like it’s still six months till then you’ll be eligible as you have to complete 18 months in a project to come into the rating cycle, I feel stuck and I feel like I should quit the job as my role is also in a production support. There is not much so much of learning. I I feel I am wasting my potential over here because I am not getting the work that I want not. I’m getting the money. Should I just leave the company and study for something else or go for Masters or try to switch? I just need some advice, if anybody could help me.
