Trending @Capgemini; need a suggestion regarding work from home

I joined capgemini 2 months back. My base location is Bangalore. I am from maharashtra. Currently, I am on the bench. Not getting enough project calls after sending lots of mail to a staffing partner. Earlier, My plan was to get into the project and ask the manager for wfh. I have a serious health issue in my family and I have reports as well to show. Both with my mom and brother and I am the only one who can take care of them. Currently they are living without me but I cant leave them alone. I need to take care of them. What to do in this case? I really have a genuine reason. Whom should I contact for this.
