Trending @Capgemini; My offer is revised but pay is not according to it.will it effect career?
My offer is revised from 13 lpa to 16lpa.After joining they are giving salary according to 13lpa . Now salary in my payslip is not according to offer letter. If resign and join another company. Will they accept it. As the amount in offer letter and payslip are different?

Raised multiple tickets they are closing it.sayi g to reach Hr.If we reach Hr they are not responding

Please raise ticket under HR services and resolution time will be 3 working days. And if you got revised offer letter then why you settle down and thinking to justify another company. Take action immediately , no need to hesitate everything is in written. Many are facing same issues. They have to just import the current data.
In successfactor go to compensation information and there is a history icon , click on it and checked when the data imported , if it is imported before your joining date then raise ticket and asked to import with latest information.

There is no proper hierarchy or POCs in Capgemini . Due to ongoing data migration , organisation is completely messed up . Manager says I am not your manager you are wrongly tagged , HR is clueless , hiring candidates blindly and not tagging them to project . On top of that 5 days work from office if you are on bench . Initial screening interview for projects is more difficult or not related to job itself. Nobody responds properly except ADAM .
Coming to your point , send email to your HR keeping payroll team in cc , if he/she do not reply , keep adding higher management in mail . Check who all are in cc in your offer letter address them in your email.
