I am lucky to get a manager like that and learn from her.

I was planning to do IJP, I told her initially and she has been a constant support and now within few days I will be released for a new role.

Relationship build to please other person is always harmful. Try to be what you are and if the same way other side excepts you then it's called a relationship. No mature relationship will hamper if you say No for attending party
