Trending @Capgemini; My first company and worst experience. So many struggles faced under CIS BU. The organization was good but due to some middle management like managers, senior managers, hrs the employees were suffering because of them.

Firstly, managers, senior mangers ,hrs and employees together is an organisation.Pls don't say organisation is good. To get out of this, try for a switch.But most of the service based companies have same environment , also depends on the people you work with. Everything is an experience in life, be optimistic.
