I have a large finance MnC as a client. Man they are the worst. Will never show up for meetings on time. Will continue to nit-pick even if requirements are clearly completed.

Why can't they be okay with whatever is mentioned in the Master Service Agreement?

Can't do much on this. Clients believe they and the leaders and can do as their wish. My client is also of the same type.
