Trending @Capgemini; My bto request has been sent back
Hello everyone, I have sent bto request it was accepted by my people manager, project manager and practice lead but I don’t know medical team is has sent it back saying they want another medical certificate. I have already submitted medical certificate from physiotherapist. What should i do I have to resubmit now again.
Anyone can make a certificate from physio by paying 200 .They are mostly not doctors. You need to submit a doctor certificate , xrays ct scan blood reports doctor prescription, any documents which support your medical conditions
If hospital is near you get a proper certificate signed by doctor with the duration mentioned for rest period. Mine got approved as it was signed by doctor. I also attached reports and medical prescriptions.
Submit under category project reason all days....it won't go to medical team then
Get doctor certificate separate and brief on medical treatment advise in separate, submit with some X-rays related to treatment, so that your bto exception will get approved.
