A mail will be sent to your manager for approval for that day u will have to use a temporary I'd card which they will provide you.

I guess attendance / shift allowance will not be booked. In case of major laptop issues sometimes u will need to travel to Mumbai only. Coz that asset belong to Mumbai Code not Pune.

You’ll have to send an email stating your employee code and id card no. to ID card cell for access to Pune office. Within some time you’ll have access to Pune office and you’ll receive a confirmation email in which your manager will be marked in cc..

They will ask to send one mail to ID card security and manager in cc. Which will have ur purpose of visit. I did the same and from march onwards I’m going to pune office only. Same scenario my base location is mumbai but I’m from Pune.

If you want to stay for a week then u might asked to take manager approval daily as I think temp card mostly work only for 1 day
