Trending @Capgemini; Minimum stay in office

I am from DCX & follow the BTO policy like 12 days in every month. I generally stay in the office for 3-4 hours, sometimes it's 5 hours. Can it have a negative impact on my YER?

Nothing happened because I also spend only 3 to 4 hours in office and also receive a non-complaint email for hybrid policy to not completing 12 days but still, I got one rating that is exceptional
