Trending @Capgemini; Minimum hours at office during WFO

What is the minimum number of hours to be maintained while at office. Few of my colleagues who spent 3 or 4 hours a day while WFO received non compliance mails stating they didn't meet the "company guideline hours". No exact hours was mentioned in it. ANY idea how many hours per day?
