What's with people attending meetings without headphones on, I mean it's fine if you're at home or alone but why do it in the odc where others are also working
It's majorly due to them not providing it!
Headphone is a basic requirement and the company should provide it even i have to attend meetings and my manager declined the request for headphone like wth
Exactly. Even I get irritated when people next to join meetings without wearing headphones while their systems at high volume. But they are not at wrong as well. The company should've provided us with headsets especially considering that online meetings are a crucial part of our job. Now using the company headsets or your personal headsets that's a different story but atleast in this case those who are not using it wouldn't have left with any excuse for not using them
Because they are frustrated that the company is not even giving them headphone and they don’t want to waste their money because of company’s stupidity
Rubbish people
Some people lack basic common sense, however as everyone mentioned company should provide us the headphones and having meeting rooms inside odc will help as well
Pathetic rules from CG atleast they should provide required accessories
There should be more meeting/ call booth were people can take calls without headphones
Ideally people are in project should be Mandatory to use headphones or use meeting rooms if they have any issue with headphones.
Just let them know as it's bad practice as per guildines
