Trending @Capgemini; Medical reasons - LWP

I am on my probation period and due to my medical reasons the doctor asked me to strictly take a rest for 3- 4 months.

I would like to know the process, will Capgemini ask me to resign if I can go on LWP.

Or can I get a release from the project which I am currently assigned to ?

As my health is not good because of my current project only. And I join Capgemini directly from the client only.

So can anyone please share the suggestion on this ?

If you can work from home you can take BTO exemption for 4 months by providing medical documents, and do work from home.

But if you take LWP, you may not be resigned but not sure will they keep you in the same project or not

I need release from the current project but as per the Capgemini policy we can change the project after 18 months.
