Hi all, i need to ask manager for maternity leave from may onwards, having 3 plus years of experience in capgemini and billable till date, what all consequences will i face??

You are eligible for 6months maternity leave and atleast 1year WFH as per current policy, they can't deny this. But only thing is they can play in your hike that's it.

Adding to above point, don't just talk to ur Manager also connect with ur HR representative.
