In Capgemini, I am about to take maternity in Jan , I informed to manage in fourth month only within two months they put me on bench , now I am stuck and can't think what step should I do next I don't want to be on bench, can anyone suggest anything?

I guess that's the process. 2 of my teammates had gone on maternity leave on two different occassions and both the time they were released from the project and put on bench. One probable reason (as per my colleague) for this is that it's CG that pays you during your maternity leave and not the project and hench you need to be on bench before your maternity leave starts (not sure if this is the actual reason or not).
