Has anyone applied for maternity extension. I heard that it can be extended only if employee have medical issue.

We can apply for 3 months of extension after 6 months of maternity leave.

Not sure, HR told me that 1 month extension can be given only if there is medical issue and if you want leave you have to apply your PL.
