Hello female fellows,

I recently got to know about my pregnancy. I am not going to office since december and surely working from home further given my situation. But I do not want to inform anyone in project this early, as I am waiting for first trimester to end and then I can inform relevant persons.

Now, how can I say this to my manager for giving me the exemption to go to office. And also, when should we inform in the project about this?

Also, I want to know about maternal benefits, the insurance team seems to give only high level info.
