Trending @Capgemini; Manager threatening on Teams

I am in finance, and my manager is threatening evwry time if you do not follow this your increment promotions will be impacted. Recently i asked for 1 day leave, he said i need X activity to be completed today, i said ok, will do EOD. But he asked status on 6 PM and saif your leave is non compliance and started thereatening messages same as above on increment and promotions. And marked my leave as non complaint. What shall i do now, it impacted my mental wrll being as i am carrying 14 years of experience in all corporate giants and never been told for such compliance. Is this normal behavior in CG, shall i talk to him directlty or to N+1.
