Trending @Capgemini; Manager making it feel regretful that I took multiple leaves in the last couple of days

Maybe this is just with me, but since I’ve come back this week, it feels like I did something wrong by going back home and taking multiple days off last week. And a bit more.

As in, just in terms of putting too much on my plate suddenly, and saying that we’re running behind on timelines because of me.

Not sure if I’m making a bit too much of it or if it’s consistent with others… 🫠
