The recruiter is asking for a Face2Face interview for the 2nd round but I'm not able to be there as I'm out of town. Is there anything i can say without getting them angry if the interview is scheduled online.

Tell them to reschedule as u were out of town due to an emergency situation .Next time inform them prior.
