10+ years in total... working with Capgemini since 2017( almost 7 years) it is my second organisation. Was waiting for onsite , and after a lot of efforts n luck got US opportunity.stayed there for 1.5 years. Now I'm back in India. And the problem is a low package of 11.7 lpa with 10.3 years of experience which is definitely disappointing. I tried my best to revise it, but did not get that much.
Ask is ..is compensation review completely in practice/ hr hand or management can do something in this matter? What are the options to get a suitable package?

it isn't in the hands of HR as there's no HR policy for it, however you can ask your C2/D1 for salary correction discussion, it used to happen before, but haven't heard of any case in last 2 years, things aren't same since last 2 years.

Already done..they tried giving me a promotion so that I will get some hike in addition to the annual increment but it was just 6.5% in total due to so called market conditions.
