I am on bench and taken permission from my n+1 to report at nearest location.Now today I received this mail what should i fill in this:
Hi All, It is observed that you are Swiping in non-base locations. Request your help to identify which category you will come under enabling us to take the next steps to regularize this. Category:
- Return to base location.
- Location transfer to the non-base location. Request you to update column "AA & AB" in the sheet provided in the below link: General Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
Since you are swiping so you have taken approval till particular time from icres team . Till which month you have approval?? They are not leaving any ways to make discomfort to the employees.
It will be very difficult to travel to base location in short notice if they ask immediately provided that house rent are paid in advance .

Think wisely .
In my opinion better to return to base location if there good projects opportunities are there.
I don't think for bench person they will allow to even change location.

Guys, please try to understand the importance of Base location. If you ppl want to report from some other location pls get it approved from your manager and N+1 and get your location transfer initiated from HR.
