I am software developer with experience of 6 years and with consultant role, still my salary is under 10 lakhs that too with increment recieved in this cycle. Not understanding, should I talk with my manager or go for switch?

Do you think your manager can do anything in this case? Which BU are you in and how much rating do you got and if you are have to switch, do you think your tech stack has those many opportunities in current market.

I am in FSBU and I received 2 rating in this cycle and I am working on java tech with Spring

Switching will be better for you. I doubt your manager will be able to help you here as you have already received increment.
