Dear Mates, I have joined cg on July mid and I am unaware about the tracking tool, Now RMG team has sent me a mail to apply leave for 20 days since my working hours not sufficient and I went office for 10+ days on the same month, please advise me how to fix this issue internally
First, check your Sapience data to ensure your hours are correctly logged. If there are discrepancies, manually adjust them. Communicate with RMG and involve your supervisor if needed.
RMG team sent a mail for Aug 24 sapience issue in sep 24 mid, so technically we can't update the unallocated time rather than past 7 days, And now RMG is forcing me to share the training video evidence to cover my offline times on complete August month, Really as a new joiner I am fed up and frustrated with their behaviour of handling and employees like me and I was asking for program manager approval only for this time, really don't know what will happen
