Is it 15 ?

15 for first year, second year onwards max 30, more than 30 will lapse

So last year it was 6 and now total is 18.5 till now so how many will be carried forward?

For eg let's say you have 35 days leaves left so next year 5 will get expire and you will remain with 30

If your last year’s leave balance was 20, you’ll get 10 carried forward. If it was 15, you’ll get all 15. Max 15 will be forward each year but The maximum leaves allowed in your bucket are 30 — anything above that will lapse
