LWD won't be changed but taking leaves totally depends on your project and manager

I am currently serving notice period i have already taken 10 Leave ; My manager told me that you can’t take this much of leave in NP ; i told him show me the mail or document which proves your statements and now he keep quiet; see every month you can take 5 leave if not much of dependency on you ; they don’t care about you they will soon or already got your replacement so chill and look for your next switch

May I know is it mandatory to follow wfo during notice period?

You can take leave during notice period if you have leave balance and it will not impact your LWD, maximum of 30 leaves can be encashed remaining will lapse. So better avail the leave if you have more then 30
