BU concept is a scam. There are huge gap between what we bill the client vs what we get in hand.

Yes, true -> my client billing is north of 35 lpa (this is least billing among contractors of danger client. other contractors bill at least 30-50% more than CG between 45-55 lpa)
my CTC is not even 50% of the client billing..
In the case of freshers (NGT) -> B2 grade (5 yoe)
it's anywhere between 4 lpa - 8 lpa
- this is where the profit margins are..

My thought is just that! Transparency is something which is not happening. Just like how Indian Govt uses the budget, even we should have the right to understand where the funds are going.
