Layoff? No, at least for now. If you're on bench, some middle managers are asking to apply your leaves. If you're in project, almost no one cares but it impacts your rating.

No there's nothing as such. At max you might be penalized with a default rating. Make sure to complete all mandatory courses by before 3rd quarter. Till September the LMS system will be down. So don't delay post that.
