I got 2.5% even after getting exception rating. Worst thing happened to me in terms of appraisal since I have started my career

When did you receive after 7 pm

Same here..5.7% from FS. So disheartened to see this hike even after getting 2 rating, following hybrid mode, completing trainings and certifications.
