Hi All, I have 3.5 YOE in Devops and Cloud and joined Capgemini 15 days back , not getting any calls Currently on Bench(CIS) , not sure whom to connect for calls please help me and how long is it safe to be bench as a new joiner

Ok thanks for your comment and I can see my reporting manager in MS teams when I sent mail to her she involved another person and ask about project but he didn't reply yet,
And daily 2/3 persons from RMG pinging and saying ur on bench, I know that but why they are pinging instead of search for projects for me clueless
RMG is the one that contacts you regarding projects
Yes I have updated my R2D2 profile and uploaded latest CV as well... Anyother stuff I need to do get project calls
Where did you get the HR name? I am also new. Also did you get any mail for BGV?
Connect with HR - Manager tagged in your profile asap. Ask them regarding projects availability for your domain n exp. 3m bench with no project tagging could be unsafe for any one.
