That I believe is for promotion. We are eligible for promotion after completing 18 months in the role but normal annual increment should be 1 year of completion or maybe a certain number of months to be completed. So I know that for Jan-25 joinees, no increment in Mar-25 but we should get it in Mar-26, right?
