Hi All , I have joined Capgemini 20 days back but not getting any project calls. I have updated R2D2 profile and shared latest CV to RMG team.
When I ask about project allocation RMG is saying they don't have openings , what to do now ? Please suggest
I have rejected 2 offers to join capgemini now feeling regret ...
Wait for some time for me it took 3 month and for what position you are searching for
Tech: Cloud and Devops and BU is CIS . U didn't get any project calls for those 3 months or ? Is it safe bro ?
Yeah doing same.... How long it can be safe on bench as a new joiner (lateral) ? Not received even a single call from 20 days
As a fresher, you can remain on the bench for up to a year. After that period, you may be placed on a Bench Optimization Training Program (BOT-P) or a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and assigned tasks to complete. If you perform well, you can continue; otherwise, you may be issued a relieving letter.
Start preparing fir next company…till then reach out to different people in CG.
be vigilant you will be laid off if you dont have project becoz in capgemini connection works rather than merit
