Trending @Capgemini; Job switching problem

Folks, you might already be aware that the companies are having their own notice period of 90 days and the next org wants an immediate joiner which is impossible without resigning with no offer and cut the np days down. Is there any smart way to deal with this? I am open for suggestions, Thanks!

You can ask HR what was the NP for their organisation. They expect to join immediately but we do have to serve 90 days or whatever.

At Capgemini it's mandatory 90 days, not all companies are expecting to join immediately. You keep trying

You can try for INFY,TCS crack it and then in last 30 days start approaching Big4 that’s how my friend did…
