Hi, I’ve recently dropped a paper and am currently job hunting. I’m getting interview calls through platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and by applying directly via email to company contacts. However, I’m not seeing much response when I apply through company websites or Workday portals. My resume is ATS-friendly and tailored with relevant keywords from the job descriptions.

Am I missing something in my approach? Also, could you share some effective job search tips and tricks for landing roles at product-based companies and top MNCs? And does applying through Workday portals ever actually work?
