CapGemini doesn't have PROJECTS, they are wasting your time.
They are pressurizing new hires to resign within 2-3 months on the basis of not getting Assigned in project.

I attended one meeting on Thursday and I heard they don't have project to onboard over 900 people.They are trying to make all resources billable but it's advisable to look for outside opportunities
