CapGemini doesn't have PROJECTS, they are wasting your time.
They are pressurizing new hires to resign within 2-3 months on the basis of not getting Assigned in project.

I attended one meeting on Thursday and I heard they don't have project to onboard over 900 people.They are trying to make all resources billable but it's advisable to look for outside opportunities

You can try to get in touch with your staffing partner to see if there are any roles available. Otherwise, try networking at the workplace and see if you can score an interview.

Does Capgemini have any bench period duration policy ?
