My manager is wrost fellow. Seems He doesn’t have wife and child. It’s been more than 3 years I joined in capgemini but my salary increased just 4% of my ctc.. I joined here with 5yoe and the salary offered is 12 now I become 8 +yoe still my salary is 12.51.. what should I do
