Planning to leave the organisation in a couple of months now.
Last year I followed BTO and completed all mandatory courses in addition to it completed required learning hours. I got Exceptional. But I got no promotion with 0 hike. This year I have not completed Master Ocean also not taken BTO seriously and my learning hour is close to 0. But work wise I did good. Not sure what rating they will give overall.
Today was the last day for the form to be submitted for manager validation. So I expect either tomorrow or by next week atleast it would be released
my forms on manager validation from yesterday now what is the last day for it to go from manager validation to completed?

Earlier it was 13th then it became 14th and today it seems it will be 15th. Damn
