Yes, 60% attandance is compulsory. Total no of working days minus no of leave taken. Like total working days 20 and you was on leave for 5 days means 60 % of 15 dYs which will be 9 days

What would be the case if there are 20 working days and 3 leaves which means 60% of 17=10.2…I have a doubt that in this case i need to visit 11 days because it’s 10.2 or it’s less tha 10.5 so i need to do 10 days only

There is not much difference in 10 days and 11 days. They want to observe you are coming as per compliance or not if you are sluggt below or slight uper than 60% than its ok. If you want to be on safe side then you should go for 11 days
