Trending @Capgemini; Is work from home risky in cg?

I am working in a project and working from home till date. I am receiving non compliance mails from hr communications. Is there a chance that hr can fire me?

Chances are there. Even I was not reporting to office but then they involved my supervisor and now I've started reporting 12 days/month. So if you want to continue at CG then I guess it's better to follow the rules.

I agree but I am not in a position to go to office which is 9 hrs away from my home town. I conveyed same to my program manager and he is okay with it. I am worried about these hr people only.

Even my supervisor was aware about our situation and was ok with the team working from home but the higher ups weren't and were constantly getting him involved and pressuring him. Ultimately no one is bigger than the company. Even I don't live near my office location. My home town is 450+KM away from from my base location and in a different state. So I had no choice other than to relocate and this was the first time that I'm leaving away from my home alone and that too in a different state. So it's upto you now. Possible consequences would be no appraisal or termination I guess.

If I take 12 days leaves in month, do I have to go to office for remaining days in that month?
