It's is normal mail that all bench Employee get or not?

I am also on bench however I didn’t get any such email yet. My contract got over on 31st January 2025. I have applied for many IJPs till date and didn’t get any response yet. No one has contacted me, I connected with RMG, they said they don’t have much projects at the moment so I am just going with the flow, completing courses assigned to me.

15 more days to find project or to resign?

I don’t know what they do after 15 days try to get project if not 100% they release from company don’t listen anyone.
