Trending @Capgemini; Is there anything you wish you knew before joining Capgemini?

Me? I wish I knew about the fact that I could work harder than my colleague but he would do bootlicking to get promoted faster than I ever would. 🤡

Capgemini? More like Capge-mini opportunities for hardworking folks. Bootlickers get the cake here. "Chamchagiri" over merit, who knew? What's your take on this?

Is this not the case with all the other companies as well? Rather this is common in society. People are naturally biased. Favoratism is everywhere. If you think you have done better job than your teammate then why not ask for promotion upfrontly? You will have strong arguments if you are better than your teammate.
