Yes they have. but you need to find on portals. they won't tell you what is the process and how you can apply for buyout.

Buyout option is not there is CG if you are on bench also still you have to serve full notice period

No ig but still you can check n+1 but in case for higher education they provide early release but this requires some documentation like admission receipt
