Trending @Capgemini; Is the B1 a default promotion similar to the A5 one?

I got a promotion mail mentioning I'll be getting promoted to B1 from A5. So similar to last year where all the A4 employees had a default promotion after completing 1 year, is the B1 promotion also the same where an employee gets promoted to B1 after completing 2 years? Also what hike can be expected with this promotion?
