Trending @Capgemini; Is Omni Studio a Good opportunity?

I recently had training in Salesforce development and then received LWC training now I have been allotted for additional training in Omni studio.. I am a fresher and I want good opportunities for my career as Omni studio is no code I don't think this will be a good option for me... I wanted to ask what is the criteria for being selected into this have I not performed well in my training? Or was this choice random? I have received good feedback from my training and SME interviewer After I go through this training will I still get interviews for Salesforce developer role?
