This is my third week in capgemini, being part of DCX I see most of them are in bench or coming out of project. And myself didn't get any project till now. I am working from chennai location and is this any reason for not yet getting a good project. And the major question is that when there are many people on bench what doing a bulk recruitment...
Capgemini is worst organization in terms of management, you'll get the project and most probably you'll work on the technology you never wanted. They make you work on anything just for the sake of bilabililty.
Actually this DCX BU is the problem. Hv seen mostly people r on bench also hard to get project inside. But still don’t know u r they recruiting
Buddy I'm also on bench here since last 2month no project calls idk what the hell is wrong with this company why they had wasted our time if there is no project
True i also got my first project in cg after 2 months

Even m in DCX BU, now frustrated. Compare to other BU this BU seriously gives too many restrictions I guess
