Trending @Capgemini; Is it right time to switch a job ?

I am applying from last 4 months approx 200 companies but still not getting any calls till now only 1-2 call i got and because of 90 days notice period no one is scheduling interview i am applying for frontend Development react js jobs and java In 2022 when i was applying at that time i wqs getting 6-7 interviews without actively applying don't know when market will get stable again

You can switch. Start interviewing. No one can give assurance that you are permanent here as well.Better to switch. Look for other opportunities.Market is having jobs if you have 2.5 + yoe

This is not the right time . Many people have been layed off . Market is full of people who can join immediately beside with such large supply its hard to get a good salary hike . Better try for ijp , just a little fresh air
