Trending @Capgemini; Is it really hard to working in development team
I'm curious to know that is it really hard to work in development team e.g. java springboot microservices. Or with basic knowledge I can learn all that things while working. Is it really stressful. It's my first project and currently I'm on shadow.
In my experience, the first 1.5-2 years have been really hard in dev team for me as well. I had to learn things from scratch. But a good and supportive team makes the toil much much fulfilling. Like there will be stress to each deadlines u might have to sit 10-12 hours n miss Saturday's but since I was new I had to give extra time to learn. But once the learning happened, I was ready for a 100% hike in another company. So it's worth the hassle if you want to grow in your career.
